On September 22, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to six months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 7, 2012.

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On May 2012, the Defendant, on the ground that he did not support rice by the residents' self-governing center located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, sent a civil petition receipt room to the police officer E in charge of social welfare affairs, and expressed his desire to the public official E in charge of social welfare affairs, and threatened about 30 minutes by threatening the Defendant to “I am in prison. I am in the absence of Seoul, I am in the absence of a gu government,” and by gathering the drug bars used by his hand.

B. On June 2012, the Defendant, on the ground that the said D Community Self-Governing Center did not provide rice support, sent a civil petition receipt box to a police officer E in charge of social welfare affairs, and expressed a desire to a public official E in charge of social welfare affairs, and threatened about 30 minutes, such as threatening “I am in prison. I am in Seoul, I am in place. I am in place. I am in place.”

Accordingly, the defendant has interfered with the legitimate execution of public official's civil petition counseling over two times.

2. On October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 13:45 on October 13, 2012, the victim G (the age of 64) in front of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Building expressed the victim’s desire to boom the victim, booming the victim’s breath, booming the victim’s breath, and assaulting the victim’s clothes twice due to the outbreak.

3. On October 23, 2012, around 14:30 on October 23, 2012, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) on the packaging horse of the victim I operated in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu; (b) on the part of the victim, the Defendant: (c) stated the victim “hing alcohol” to the victim; and (d) stated the victim’s “hing at the match house with a large voice; (b) hinging the beer’s disease on the floor; and (c) prevented the customers who had entered the beer’s packing, such as destroying the beer’s disease on the floor, from entering the beer’s packing package.
