1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 14, 15, 25 and Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 3 (including various numbers), the defendant who manufactures and sells electronic parts, such as audio and fireproof equipment, in the automobile, subcontracted part of the business of assembling electronic parts to the plaintiff on September 19, 201, and made the plaintiff use the factory owned by the defendant free of charge, but the plaintiff entered into a branch transaction agreement with the defendant on the condition that the above subcontracted parts are continuously supplied to the defendant.
