The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles regarding the concept of workers under the Labor Standards Act and the Act on the Guarantee of Workers’ Retirement Benefits without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, or by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
