1. The Defendant is based on the ratio of 20% to 20% per annum from June 25, 2015 to the full payment day.

Reasons

1. On June 5, 2008, the plaintiff lent 20% annual interest rate to the defendant on December 5, 2008 and 30 million won to the defendant on December 5, 2008.

However, the plaintiff paid 8760,000 won to the above money until now.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks 2,1240,000 won from the above principal and 2,1240,000 won from the following day of service of a copy of the complaint of this case to the full payment of 20% per annum from June 25, 2015.
