Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On November 24, 2015, around 15:32, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B, enclosed, and C without a motor vehicle driver's license at a section of about 100 meters from the front side of the five apartment complex in the Orcheon-si, Orcheon-si, Sincheon-si to the same 98-5 front road.
