Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On May 16, 2013, at around 22:22, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from the front side of the backway located in the Jinjin-gu Seoul metropolitan area, Jinsan-gu, Seoul metropolitan area, to the front side of the Pungnam elementary school located in the same city, which is under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.151%.
