Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The defendant is a person driving a BM5 vehicle.
On November 17, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.160% on blood alcohol level around 23:41, the Defendant driven the said car up to about 5 km in front of the waterside park located in the Singu in the Singu, Busan.
