A. On September 13, 2004, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on October 13, 2005.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30,000,000 won with 5% per annum as stipulated under the Civil Act from October 14, 2005 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, which is the day following the due date, and 15% per annum as stipulated under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
