1. The plaintiff's appeal and the claim extended in the trial are all dismissed.
2. The costs of the lawsuit after the appeal are filed.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal and the claim extended in the court of first instance are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
