A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, while engaging in photographing a photograph under the name of “E”, has contacted female models on which he/she included his/her own protocol on the car page “F” of the Internet website, and has paid a model fee and taken photographs.
1. On April 18, 2014, the Defendant, at around 17:30 on April 17, 2014, engaged in indecent act by compulsion against the victim G (the age of 24), was taking pictures of the victim who reported and contacted the protrudings on the “F” car page from the first floor of H in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul as seen above, on the model of the victim, using the victim as “F, whether there is a male-child-gu, and one hundred thousand minutes,” and “I ambling the victim’s chest by hand, kid the victim’s chest, and breath, the victim was able to come in the victim’s breast, and even if the victim did not want to do so, the Defendant continued to put the victim into the victim’s knb, and put the hand into the victim’s knb, and kid the chest into the victim’s clothes.
In addition, the defendant completed the shooting and moved the victim into a nearby restaurant at around 20:00 after eating the victim, and moved the victim to a nearby factory, the defendant tried to keep the victim from leaving the school in the vehicle by sparing him/her, and to keep his/her finger into the clothes of the victim, and knife his/her face.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
2. Around 17:00 on May 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took photographs of the victim who reported and contacted the protrudings posted on “F” cameras as seen above in the above I; (b) had the Defendant take a natural photograph to think of the Defendant as male-child tool on several occasions against the victim’s will; and (c) had the victim s/he s/ she s/he s/ she s/ she was pushed down the victim’s body against the victim’s will; and (d) had the Defendant s/he s/ she s/ she was pushed down the victim’s chest, and arranged the victim’s clothes.
