Reasons

Claim for the payment of indemnity amounting to KRW 1,462,26,764 remaining after the Plaintiff subrogated for KRW 1,555,477,313 in total, such as contract deposit and obligation to pay unpaid advance payment, etc. to the Defendant completion construction corporation pursuant to the limit transaction agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant (the date of subrogation payment: the date of service of a copy of the complaint on February 23, 2012; January 25, 2017)
