The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:00, abused the part of the head of E on one occasion in the process of drinking alcohol, such as E (58 years) at D dans in Jeju Island, and disputing with E (58 years).
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Withdrawal of wish to punish a person after filing an indictment: A self-agreement on July 6, 2018;
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
