The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty and found the defendant not guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding, and there is no error of law of misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules or misunderstanding of legal principles as to legitimate acts

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
