1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,890,800 and the interest rate thereon from December 2, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “a party against whom the application is made.”
