A. Plaintiff A is the spouse of Plaintiff E (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B and C are children between Plaintiff A and the Deceased.

B. On May 14, 1999, the Deceased concluded an insurance contract with the following content, including the Defendant, the Deceased, the beneficiary’s statutory heir at the time of death, and the insurance amount of KRW 20 million (hereinafter “first insurance contract”).

Type 1 Insurance - Insurance : F insurance - Policy number for policyholders: G - the deceased - The beneficiary of the injury by hospitalization: Legal heir - The beneficiary of the death insurance: the death insurance contract for the legal heir's separate subscription amount (unit: the original unit); the death insurance for the main contract for the death of 20,000,000 of the aftermath disability (department) and the special agreement for the coverage of 10,000,000 of the total subscription amount (amount of money omitted) - The related part of the instant insurance period from May 14, 199 to May 14, 2019: The Deceased entered into an insurance contract for the following insurance terms (hereinafter referred to as "insurance contract") with the Defendant and the insured on May 13, 2005, the Plaintiff A, the beneficiary of the insurance at the time of the death, the amount of insurance coverage of 20,000 won and KRW 584,00,000:

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant insurance contracts” when combined with the first and second insurance contracts: H insurance - Type 2 insurance : H insurance - Securities Number: I, J - the Deceased - the Deceased: the Deceased’s beneficiary - the Deceased’s beneficiary: The Deceased’s beneficiary of the death benefit: the death insurance contract under the Plaintiff’s classification contract, the death insurance contract under the Plaintiff’s classification (unit cost): 29,000,000/5,843,000 of the residual disability 29,000,000 of the amount of the traffic accident, and the amount of the insurance contract under the relevant part of the insurance period (amount of money paid): from May 13, 2005 to life.

C. The main contents of each of the instant insurance contracts are as follows.

Article 11 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money under the General Insurance Terms and Conditions) (1) When the insured falls under any of the following cases after the date of commencement of liability, the defendant shall pay the insurance money:
