However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 21, 2012, in collusion with C, the Defendant published an advertisement "E" office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DD Building 301; the fact that C does not have the intent or ability to sell domestic mountain ginseng (cerebral ginseng). However, C, while operating the above E, purchased low-cost mountain ginseng from F, etc., and then purchased the low-cost mountain ginseng from F, etc., in the newspaper advertisement column, such as the Japanese Chosun River, etc., the Defendant posted an advertisement "Issan mountain ginseng, which is outstanding in the Korean mountain ginseng effect" in the newspaper advertisement column, "Issan mountain ginseng, which is in the self-sark sib sib sib sib sib, and in the above office, the Defendant, while in charge of packing and delivery, posted and distributed the Korean upper ginseng ginseng in Korea as if it were domestic vert ginseng, and then acquired it from G to 300,000 won through the purchase of 120,000 won through 30.2.

A person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall not sell or store or display agricultural or fishery products for the purpose of sale under a disguised country of origin, but the Defendant conspired with C, from February 20, 2012 to March 9, 2012, sold a total amount of KRW 3,120,000 over eight times as indicated in the attached Table, in a disguised manner with domestic brain ginseng in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1). Around March 14, 2012, a person who has violated the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products sold or stored or displayed them for the purpose of sale, and kept them for the purpose of sale to many and unspecified persons, such as packing for 13 years old and former local brain ginseng in Korea at the above “E” office.
