1. Basic facts
A. Farmland distribution 1) The former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 31 of Jun. 21, 1949) was enacted on Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter the same shall apply)
(B) When the farmland distribution was conducted pursuant to the farmland distribution plan, the permanent domicile of Jongno-gu Seoul and the domicile of Jongno-gu Seoul is about 932 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “D”).
(2) At that time, the instant land was distributed to Qu who resides in P, and the victim is indicated as “F” who resides in Seoul.

Part 160 square meters inboard “B” which connects each point of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 5 with the indication of drawings falls under the instant land, and the part 91 square meters in order that connects each point of 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 10, and 1 of the attached drawings among the 5,657.1 square meters in B-road, constitutes the instant land.
(A) On the other hand, the part of “A” and “B” are located in the boundary part of the instant land, and the part of the J before subdivision is located in the boundary part of the instant land, and are in the shape that has increased and longed.
