The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) around 21:00, and (c) on July 23, 2016, there is a strong malodor in the first floor due to multiple excreta raised by the Defendant in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) and (c) who is receiving a claim from the victim E (38 years old); and (d) is considered to have a shot and knife, and (e) the Defendant threatened the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 283 (3) of the Criminal Act);
B. The victim expressed his intention not to punish him after the prosecution of this case
C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
