The Defendant is the B of the “National Non-regular School Labor Union” under the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (one person):

Around 15:30 on February 25, 2014, the Defendant participated in the “Resolution for the People’s Frequency” conference held at the Seoul square, which was held at around 17:40 on the same day. Around 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant was traveling along with approximately 2,00 participants at other assemblies on the ground of “Seoul square” as “Seoul Open Road Round” (Seoul Open Road Round), while going through the “Seoul Open Road Round” as “Seoul Open Road Round,” the Defendant was driving along the road (4-5 lanes) prior to the moving direction (4-5 lanes) from 17:40 on the same day to 19:35 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles by holding an assembly with approximately 2,00 participants at other assemblies.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
