1. Indication of claim;
A. On July 1, 2013, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 5 million and KRW 500,000 per month (payment on August 8).
However, according to the defendant's delinquency in paying the above rent, the plaintiff terminated the above lease contract.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the separate sheet, and to pay 2,450,000 won in arrears during the period from August 2013 to July 9, 2015.
