2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The defendant is a clan set up in E, which consists of two-year-old descendants of E, F, G, H, and I as a middle-time group.

Article 14 (Chairperson) The Chairperson shall represent and exercise overall control over the principal meeting, and shall preside over the general meeting and the board of directors.

Article 15 (Chairperson) The Vice-Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson, and the Chairperson shall act on behalf of the Chairperson.

Article 16 (Directors) (1) Directors shall be elected at a general meeting upon recommendation of the branch of the following persons, who are determined in proportion to the number of members:

3. H: He/she shall collect the opinions of all the members and reflect them in their service, and deliver the matters subject to resolution of the board of directors to all the members;
