1. The defendant's appeal and the plaintiff's incidental appeal are all dismissed.
2. Costs of the appeal and incidental appeal shall be respectively made by each person.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all the defendant's appeal and the plaintiff's incidental appeal are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
