A. The Plaintiff is a company engaging in interior construction business and design service business, and the Defendant is the owner of B large 510 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and buildings listed in the attached Table (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. On August 29, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant to receive a contract for construction works of the instant building (hereinafter “instant construction works”) from the Defendant, and entered into a contract for construction works (including KRW 40,910,000 (including value-added tax) with the completion date of the completion date of the construction project, September 2, 2013; and KRW 450,000,000 (hereinafter “instant construction contract”); and ② on September 2, 2013; and ② on January 15, 2014; the completion date of the completion date of the construction project; KRW 40,910,00 (excluding value-added tax) with the construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

C. While carrying out the instant construction project, the Plaintiff carried out the instant additional construction project as indicated below (hereinafter “instant additional construction”).

D. Around January 22, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to extend the completion date of the instant construction by February 15, 2014.
