1. All real estate emitted on the separate list shall be put to an auction and the proceeds of auction shall be deducted from the proceeds thereof;

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiffs' proof of the cause of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet (the plaintiffs and the defendant share each real estate generated in the annexed list in their shares derived from the present order paragraph (1)) and considering the various circumstances shown in the argument of this case, since the real estate generated from the order paragraph (1) of this case falls under "when the real estate is unable to be divided in kind or is likely to be significantly reduced if it is divided in kind or paid in kind," the real estate from the order paragraph (1) of this case shall be ordered to be divided through an auction of the above real estate in accordance with Article 269 (2) of the Civil Code.
