Defendant

A, on June 8, 2010, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Railroad Safety Act at the Seoul Central District Court for eight months and two years of suspension of execution, which became final and conclusive on February 18, 201, and on June 24, 2011, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and two years of suspension of execution for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a deadly weapons, etc.), the judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 2, 2011, and on September 5, 2012, the judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2013.
