1. The defendant's KRW 65,00,000 and its amount shall be 30% per annum from May 18, 2006 to July 14, 2014 to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, under the Interest Limitation Act amended by Act No. 1227, Jan. 14, 2014; and enforced from July 15, 2014, the maximum interest rate under the contract on lending and lending of money is limited to 25% per annum. The interest rate under the contract on lending and lending of money after July 15, 2014 is limited to 25% per annum.
