In light of the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc., the sentence of the court below is deemed appropriate, and the defendant's above assertion is without merit, since it is acknowledged that the sentence of the court below is appropriate in light of various conditions of sentencing that are shown in the arguments, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
