2. The Defendant’s Busan District Court 2018 tea 1182 service charges against the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a regional housing association established pursuant to the provisions of the Housing Act to promote a new apartment construction project on the land outside Kimhae-si and 283 lots, and the Defendant is a corporation established for the purpose of general assembly business agency business.

B. The Plaintiff’s 124 members, including D, filed an application with the Changwon District Court 2017Kahap10376 for a provisional disposition seeking suspension of the Plaintiff’s performance of duties and appointment of the acting director with respect to E and F, which had been the president of the Plaintiff’s partnership. On February 6, 2018, the said court rendered a decision that “E shall not perform the Plaintiff’s duties as the president of the association, and F shall not perform the Plaintiff’s duties as the acting director of the Plaintiff’s association, until the Plaintiff’s subsequent president is elected or the principal decision on the confirmation case of invalidity of the special general meeting resolution with respect to the Plaintiff becomes final and conclusive.” On February 9, 2018, the said court decided that “E shall appoint G attorney-at-law as the acting director of the Plaintiff’s association during the suspension

C. On January 30, 2018 through February 10, 2018, 2018, the term "where details of personnel expenses are required later, the defendant shall present the detailed statement to the 2th association's special meeting, publicity of the 1st association's special meeting and publicity of the 197,048,000 won (excluding value-added tax) at the end of the contract on February 10, 2018 between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff's association on February 10, 2018, stating that "if the details of personnel expenses are required later, the defendant shall present the detailed statement to the 3rd association's special meeting, publicity of the 1st association's special meeting, and publicity of the selection of the 3rd association members of the 2nd association on February 10, 2018 through February 10, 2018, and publicity of the 3rd association members of the 2nd association on March 20, 2018.
