A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with soflurt C, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

2. On September 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) on the road near a bus terminal located in the Simplow-dong on September 23:40, 2017, along the same day from the road near the 23:53 on the same day.
