1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On October 2, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 78 million to the Defendant by means of remitting the purchase price of a rolling stock to the Defendant F; (b) sought payment of KRW 36 million which was not paid since only KRW 42 million was paid; and (c) the Defendant lent the rolling stock listed in Section 1-B, which is the Plaintiff’s ownership, and did not return it; and (d) accordingly, (e) sought the return thereof; (b) applicable provisions of law: a judgment by service (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
