The defendant is a person who drives a BS5 car.
On October 9, 2014, the Defendant driven around 0.065% of blood alcohol concentration at around 20:50, and around 0.065% of it was under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven approximately 5 km from the front of the plane captain’s design located in the West-gun of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun to the front of the plane captain’s design located in the west-gun of Busan-gun.
