【Criminal Facts】

On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the entrance of the victim D’s residence in Gasan-si, Asan-si; and (b) stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 36,070,000 in total over about 30 times from around 2014 to around 16, 2014, including the theft by leading a 7-year white fat, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000,00 in the market value owned by the Defendant, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (excluding paragraph (3)).

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
