Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On July 24, 2012, at around 19:35, the Defendant driven a car with B, without a driver’s license, from around approximately 1.5 km section from the front of a forest branch school in the Ganyang-gun, Ganyang-gun to the front road 51-9 of the same Myeonpo-ro 51-9.
