1. The defendant shall pay 160,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On December 3, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased No. 401 of the Songpa-gu Seoul building C, Songpa-gu, Seoul with a deposit of KRW 160 million from December 18, 2012 to December 17, 2014; and (b) the Defendant succeeded to the lessor’s status while taking over the said real estate from B and two other persons around April 26, 2013. Since the said lease expired, the Defendant is obligated to pay the deposit of KRW 160 million to the Plaintiff and damages for delay.
