1. The Defendant shall pay 25,620,800 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Claim for interruption of prescription and damages for delay of the claim established by a judgment in the purchase price case of goods at the Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch on April 20, 2005 against the defendant by the indication of claim against the defendant
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession, Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the main sentence of Article 150 (3) of the same Act.
