(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have reduced part of the claim regarding delay damages in the purport of the claim as indicated in the disposition, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the same Act.
