However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendants planned to receive insurance money by deceiving an insurance company by means of intentionally causing a traffic accident, pretending that it is a normal accident, or pretending that a person who did not board a vehicle in which a traffic accident occurred is on board the vehicle, etc., and to have it divided into the participants in the crime.

1. The Defendants committed the crime on May 5, 2013 (the Defendants’ co-principal committed the crime) pursuant to the aforementioned plan. After that, the Defendants reported the above traffic accident as if the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., an insurance company, filed a report as if they were normal accidents. The above H et al. also accepted the insurance as if they were on board the above Kanche Hache. Defendant B, Defendant C, and the above I et al. received medical treatment for one day at the N Hospital located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City M around the following day, and received medical treatment for each day from the victim around May 9, 2013.
