(a) not make, exhibit, or advertise the attached design; and (b) not make, any advertisement for it;

A. The status of the Plaintiff is a company engaged in exhibition centers incidental work, construction business, design business, etc.

Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company engaged in the manufacture, sale, etc. of bio-related products, and Defendant B is an employee of the Defendant Company.

B. The Plaintiff’s design draft production and the Defendant Company’s exhibition room establishment 1) Defendant Company is an exhibition held in the Chungcheongbuk-gun from May 3, 2013 to May 26, 2013 of the C Act (hereinafter “instant exhibition”) around January 2013.

A) A special team was organized to participate in the EXPO, and Defendant B, as the team leader, took overall charge of the overall affairs of the EXPO. Around March 2013, Defendant Company is called the Plaintiff and the interesting industry corporation (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”).

(2) On March 2013, the Plaintiff submitted to Defendant Company a design start-up design (hereinafter “instant design start-up design”) as shown in attached Table 1, and submitted a total of four design start-up design and estimates (the contract amount of KRW 35,810,00, KRW 20,718,000, KRW 15,092,00, and KRW 15,000,000, and the corporate interest of KRW 15,092,00, and KRW hereinafter “instant estimate”).

Around that time, the non-party company submitted a design design commencement proposal and a written estimate to the defendant company for the remaining three companies, such as submitting a design design design design design design drawing.

3) On April 1013, 2013, Defendant Company selected Nonparty Company as an exhibition room installation company. Defendant B participated in the relevant meeting on the 10th day of the same month to show the design time of the other bidders including the design time of this case as the sn beam project, and requested Defendant B to produce the exhibition room in its entirety or in its original form. Defendant B also demanded the employees in charge of Nonparty Company to present the design time of the other bidders including the design time of this case.
