1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,00,000 and its amount are 13.71% per annum from January 1, 2014 to March 18, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement No. 1, the Plaintiff leased KRW 35,00,000 to the Defendant with the maturity of KRW 400,000 on May 30, 2014, and the interest rate of KRW 400,000 each month, and the Defendant paid only interest until December 2013, respectively.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay 35,00,000 won of the above loan principal and 13.71% per annum for the agreed rate from January 1, 2014 to March 8, 2015, the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, which is the date of service of the original copy of the payment order of this case, to the plaintiff from January 1, 2014, which is the date following the last payment date of the payment order of this case, unless there are special circumstances to the plaintiff.
