1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,520,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 26, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: The c1,520,00 won for the cl,520,000 of the cost of the construction of the freezing and freezing room located in the defendant, awarded a contract by the defendant on September 2014 (the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint - January 25, 2018).
