Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On November 4, 2013, around 17:10, the Defendant operated a vehicle from the front road of the Defendant’s house located in Young-si, Young-si, Cheongho-si to the front road located in the Cheongho-si, Cheongho-si, Young-si, 17:20 on the same day without obtaining a driver’s license.
