1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,424,312 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from February 4, 2012 to November 3, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended on Sept. 25, 2015 and enforced Oct. 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be cited by applying 15% per annum to delay damages as the rate of delay damages under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to Nov. 3, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed
