In addition, on July 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at Jeju District Court, and on March 31, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at Jeju Prison.

[2] On December 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on December 24, 2015, at around 13:00, the victim D’s house located in Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and confirmed that there was no person in the victim’s house; (b) intruded the victim’s house by entering an open door beyond the front door through an open door; and (c) intruded the victim’s house by entering the open door; (d) KRW 304,000 in cash owned by the victim in the head of the Sing-gun, the place of cremation, and KRW 5,00,00 in total amount of KRW 5 million in market price (one half half in the Montreal-do, five in the gold-ro, 18K gold-ro, 18K gold-ro).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim and stolen the victim's property habitually.
