1. The Defendant is limited to the Plaintiff’s sale on July 31, 2019 with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list.
1. Basic facts
A. On February 27, 2013, the Defendant obtained approval of a public rental housing project plan regarding D apartment located in Sejong Special Self-Governing City C (hereinafter “D”).
After completion of D, the defendant completed the registration for the preservation of ownership on December 11, 2015.
B. On December 18, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the lease and lease terms agreement with the EF head (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with the following terms and conditions, and the part relating to the conversion for sale in lots among them is as follows:
“A” under the lease agreement/ below: Defendant and “B”: Plaintiff 1 (lease deposit, rent, and lease contract period)
1. “A” means the lease to “A, with the following terms: (a) the deposit, rent, and the lease contract term;
(-1) Conditions - Article 2 (Special Terms and Conditions) ① The date of occupancy of the above rental housing of KRW 204,800,000, monthly rent of KRW 240,000, the said rental housing of KRW 240,000, around December 2015 (Conversion of Rental Housing) shall be 2.5 years from the first day of the first occupancy period (the period of lease shall be five years, but the period of lease shall be 1/2 of the mandatory rental period under Article 13 (2) 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Rental Housing Act shall be 5 years from the first date of the initial occupancy period (the period of lease shall be 5 years, and the period of lease shall be 1/2 of the mandatory rental period under Article 13 (2) 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Rental Housing Act) (1) The housing is to be converted for sale at the expiration of five years and is scheduled to be converted for sale at the expiration of 1/2 of the mandatory rental period.
“A” under the Revised Terms and Conditions Agreement: Defendant and “B”: “A” is intended to change the lease agreement for the real estate as set forth in Article 1(Purpose) to a pre-sale lease in order to reduce the burden of monthly rent; “A” is intended to set the final amount of a pre-sale contract; and to make a pre-sale conversion contract with the aim of setting the final amount of a pre-sale conversion contract; and this amendment agreement (a contract) is written.
