At around 14:00 on October 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by breaking the shoulder of the victim on his hand on the ground that the victim D, a workplace volunteer in the Young-gu building B and the C office in the Dong A 906, neglected the Defendant and made his remarks; and (b) committed assault against the victim by making his head in his arms.
