Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On May 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months on May 21, 2015 to a crime of violating the Food Sanitation Act at the Suwon Friwon method, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 21, 2015. On September 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 13, 2017.
[The facts of the crime] When a pharmacy operated by the Defendant was insolvent and becomes a bad credit holder, and thus, the Defendant was unable to register the business operator in the name of the Defendant. From June 25, 2012 to February 1, 2015, the Defendant registered the business operator of “G” in the name of “F” under the name of “G” in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

Following the registration of the nominal lender, the Defendant: (a) when the instant G was in control of the charge of violating the Food Sanitation Act; (b) upon the request of the Plaintiff, closed the registration of the said G G’s proprietor on February 1, 2015; and (c) around February 2, 2015, the Defendant registered “I” using the H’s name for the purpose of evading taxes in the said place.

The Defendant is exempt from taxation without filing a return of total income tax of 207,932,990 won by omitting income tax by not later than May 31, 2013, which was the due date for filing a return of total income tax by not later than May 31, 2013, including the Defendant’s evasion of total income tax of 207,932,990 won from the date of filing a return of total income tax by not later than May 31, 2016, from May 31, 2017, which was the due date for filing a return of total income tax in the name of the said JJ, the Nong Bank account in the name of the said L, the Nong Bank account in the name of the said L, the Nong Bank account in the name of the said L, the Nong Bank account in the name of the Nong Bank, the Nong Bank account in the name of the Nong Bank, the Nong Bank account in the name of the Nong Bank, and the Nong Bank account in the No. 3084.
