However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant received a proposal from those who are stuffed by B and C, and received a proposal from them to stuff gambling, and tried to obtain money from others by pretending gambling using a single name card with numbers and letters on the back of the card and a special siren capable of seeing it.

1. The Defendant’s seal from March 5, 2008 to around 19:00 on March 5, 2008

From June 13:00, in the officetels 202 B of the Ulsan-si building D, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-si, the following facts were met: (a) the card was used with a title card indicating the wearing of a special material in advance on the back of the card; and (b) the special siren that can read the above mark was worn out in the snow to see and play fraud; and (c) the title card offered for gambling belongs to the victim C, E, F, and G as if he participated in gambling in normal and normal ways; and (d) the card was used with the victims by using the title card 52.

As above, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 11 million from the victim C, KRW 20 million from the victim E, and KRW 10 million from the victim F as gambling money; (b) obtained money from the victim G as gambling money; and (c) attempted to obtain money from the victim G, but failed to do so.

From March 13:00 to 18:00 on March 7, 2008, the Defendant used a wooden card and special siren in the aforesaid manner at the above location, but was engaged in gambling normally, as if he participated in gambling, he/she used a 52 card and used a wooden card to play gambling. The Defendant was granted KRW 5.5 million from the victim C, KRW 15 million from the victim E, KRW 5 million from the victim E, and KRW 10 million from the victim H for gambling as if he/she participated in gambling normally.
