1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,00,000 and the following day shall be 5% per annum from June 2, 2016 to February 7, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On February 29, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 25,000,000 to the Defendant on June 1, 2016. However, the Defendant did not repay the said loan to the Plaintiff.
