The 8/15 Games Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “8/15 Promotion Committee”) decided to hold a campingouts of the peaceful unification and a meeting for peaceful unification to urge the implementation of the South-North Joint Declaration, the conclusion of peace agreements, and the dissolution of the National Intelligence Service (hereinafter referred to as the “National Intelligence Service”). Accordingly, around 3,500 persons participated in the 8/15 Promotion Committee, he/she proceeded with the campingout of the peaceful unification conference in Seoul, which was located in Jung-gu, Seoul, from around 00:15 to around 02:25, and around 2,00 persons among the participants of the assembly were on the 3th anniversary of the completion of the assembly, and around 3:5:3,00 persons were removed from the 11:10-15 Promotion Committee to the 2nd 2nd 3rd 1:5,00 of the date on which he/she participated, and the 1:3rd 1:50 participants of the 80th Gyeong-gu Seoul National Assembly.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with approximately 200 participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land for about 12 minutes.
