(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2. A person who actually operates a game hall without trade name on the second floor of the F building of the Cheongju-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and B, from June 2016 to the end of the same year.

8. A person who, until 16:50, operates the game room in question with the defendant while managing the game room and managing the customers in the above game room.

1. From Jan. 2016 to Feb. 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2016, 2016, to Feb. 2016, 2016, the Defendant installed 30 games of “sea-to-sea-to-sea” without being classified in the said game; and (b) had customers find the place by installing 10,000 won in the game machine, give 10,000 points to the game machine; and (c) had them gain points by the rate set in advance according to the results of continuous heating in the same shape, and then exchanged points to the customers after deducting 10,000 fee per 10% per unit.

As a result, the Defendant provided game water that was not classified by the above method to customers, exchanged the results obtained through the use of game water, and conducted speculative acts that cause property benefits or losses to the users by using speculative gaming machines.

2. From June 14, 2016 to August 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation of the said game site on the horse on February 14, 2016; and (b) committed an act as an insurance designer, but had economic difficulties; (c) in collusion with B police officers on June 2016, 201 for the operation of the said game site.

The defendant shall install 30 game machines in the above sea which he purchased, and send advertising letters to zers using mobile phones.

He made the game room available, and B made the game room available in order to receive 20% of the profits following the game room, customer management, and exchange work in the game room.
